Description for route of synthesis:
Using tetrahydrofuran as a solvent, a pyrrolidine intermediate containing diazo groups is mixed with hydrobromic acid and subjected to diazobromination reaction at controlled temperature to convert diazo groups into bromine atoms; After the reaction is completed, the target product (3R, 4S) -3- (2-bromoacetyl) -4-ethyl-1-pyrrolidinecarboxylate benzyl ester is obtained by quenching, extraction, washing, drying, and purification by ethyl acetate recrystallization or column chromatography.
