Description of route of synthesis:
Add (R) - (+) - diaminopropane dihydrochloride salt to dichloromethane, add acid binding agent to free the amino group, slowly drip methyl chloroformate under low-temperature stirring, and undergo selective monoamino methoxycarbonylation reaction, only protecting one amino group with methyl aminoformate.
After the reaction is complete, water is added for extraction and separation. Salt impurities are removed by washing with water, and the organic phase is concentrated under reduced pressure to remove the solvent. Then, it is refined and purified to obtain N - [(1S) -2-amino-1-methylethyl] - methyl carbamate.
