Description of route of synthesis:
Dissolve the dinitrobenzene raw material with hydroxyl ethoxy group in a suitable solvent, add palladium carbon catalyst, and introduce hydrogen gas for pressurized catalytic hydrogenation. The two nitro groups on the benzene ring are synchronously reduced to primary amino groups; After the hydrogenation reaction is completed, filter to remove palladium and carbon, add hydrogen chloride or hydrochloric acid to the filtrate to form a salt, concentrate and crystallize to obtain the finished product of diphenylamine hydrochloride.
